This whole process recently mentioned as Performance Management.  Since 2000 we have developed a Performance Management and we have specially designed and set up  a Performance Management for a company which copy right had been acquired by the company. B. Personalized Soft Skills Development Program

  • Most of training approaches currently have shortcomings in tailor-made intervention for training participants. At the moment we are developing an integrated HR development that focused on the individual needs of training participants. We start from our dictionary of area development to find the right needs and focus the training design and development of the company based on this identified needs. From 15 area development that are identified we then proceed to 360 degree assessment program to find five most needed training topics.
  • The intervention that we use to each training participant is a blending of in house and public training in our list. Another alternative is individual and group coaching to ensure the internalization of skills trained.
